Ordering online for Norwich game

Just spent a frustrating 20 mins trying to order my season ticket seats for the JPT semi-final. I only want to order 2 seats for 2 season ticket holders, but when I click on the match it doesn't give me the option of choosing my own seats. Also wants to charge me the price for non ST holders. Anybody else found their way round the site's wrinkles, as I know when I renewed my season tickets their instructions were as clear as mud?

Pity they dont make that clear on the website - I haven't got my seat, so if I have someone elses that upsets them and so it snowballs.

I gave up on the website years ago. You can't buy two seats together, it's always too busy to deal with you. I bought my seat at the counter this morning but they only had one window open. I'm fairly sure that your own seat will not have been sold before Monday so you have probably bought a spare one.

Also, what has happened to booking car park on-line? This has disapppeared. I have to say the on-line booking is a big let down when compared to some of these theatre web sites like the Mayflower where you can choose exactly where you want to sit.

The only problem with the Mayflower is that you can't pre-book your tub of ice cream for the interval ;)

Seriously though the club are probably not getting value for money for the website because a lot of fans don't bother with it and phone or walk up for their tickets and this defeats the object.

Has anyone had any problems buying via telesales?

I phoned up this week to buy a Northamption ticket on my customer number, but my season ticket is registered to my parents address in Southampton, while I live in London. I gave my customer number over, but they refused to send the tickets to my London address which you could argue is fair enough. So I said I'd buy one without my customer number because they were on general sale and not to worry about my purchase history. The sales guy then refused me the sale because I already had a customer number and insisted I had write a letter to the club to get them to change my address.

I had to get his manager to phone me back and they still refused to sell me the ticket in my name, so I had to set up a new customer number on my girlfriends name.

It's not the end of the world and ultimately I got a ticket, but both the web and telesales service are not customer friendly and need to be reviewed.

Sorry to go on about this, but I followed Steve Grant's instructions, went into my account, clicked on to Cup Match and Season Renewals, and all I got was one drop down box with a meaningless code in it and an expiry date 07/09.

Like many others, I've now given up and ordered by phone.
