World Cup Trio set for Saints vs Pompey

The F.A. are sending the England World Cup trio of Webb, Mullarkey and Cann for the derby game.

 

Southampton v Portsmouth (12.30pm)

4th S B Attwell

 

Should be a good warm up for them on the South Coast before they goto the smaller, less pressurised event in South Africa.

Will it really be that out of control on the pitch though?

 

Obviously the atmosphere in the stands will be electric but will their team of African mercenaries really get that fired up?

It will be great to see some proper top class officials for a change, however they will probably be in Prem mode, where breathing on another player causes the ref to blow. Saints need to be aware of Pimpley's cheating tactics - they'll know how to influence the Prem ref/lino's to their advantage, mark my words.
