andysstuff Posted 26 February, 2010 Share Posted 26 February, 2010 This has been moved to Thursday 1 April - Can't see a post on it. Does anyone know why? Comes very hot on the heels of the JPT final too.
doddisalegend Posted 26 February, 2010 Share Posted 26 February, 2010 I can just see them doing the double over us this year. Although they do seem to play better away from home so we might be alright. Also half the team will be different for the JPT match due to cup tied rules, so we will have some fresh legs for the Brighton game.

It was moved to Thursday night almost as soon as fixtures came out, officially because Brighton concerned at not having time to recover for their trip to Hartlepool on easter monday, more liklety that the old bill wanted loads of money to police game on either easter saturday or good friday
andysstuff Posted 26 February, 2010 Author Share Posted 26 February, 2010 Just spoken to a Seagull mate - he thinks their club felt they were more likely to get more people there on the Thursday than on Easter Saturday. Very strange!
St.Jeweller Posted 26 February, 2010 Share Posted 26 February, 2010 Perhaps there's some kind of man love parade on that weekend so they thought they'd try to boost the attendance :smt008

StuRomseySaint Posted 27 February, 2010 Share Posted 27 February, 2010 whats wrong with 3 nights in Brighton Absolutely nothing! I was just stating the reasons... it's Easter Weekend and they don't want ******ed up Saints fans in their dump of a city.

SNSUN Posted 27 February, 2010 Share Posted 27 February, 2010 whats wrong with 3 nights in Brighton TBF I was going to spend that weekend in Brighton. Then I realised it was a cack hole. I'll be spending my entrance money instead on the Leyton Orient game on Easter Monday.
Dan Posted 27 February, 2010 Share Posted 27 February, 2010 How will they do the ticketing for this? Same as Exeter this season or back to what they used for the likes of Brighton and Colchester in previous years?
