Sponsorship: Help for Heroes

Morning all,

 

I am taking part in the Royal Marines Commando Challenge on October the 11th with a team from Paignton Zoo and I need some sponsorships.

 

Money raised goes to the charity Help for Heroes who help Service men and women that have been injured in the line of duty.

There is also a Facebook event which everyone is welcome to join. It doesnt mean that you have to do the challenge but it is somewhere that you can keep up to date with our fundraising progress and any news. There are some pictures from last years event on there and there will be pictures from this year when we have done it.

I have just looked at the other fundraising thread on here and thought I would add that I have paid the registration fee and I am under no pressure to raise money in order for me to be able to do it.

 

So all money raised goes to Help for Heroes.

Cheers Baj. the more people that see it the more chance someone will actually sponsor us. mind you the money situation as it is im not surprised many want to donate.

 

via the justgiving website the minimum donation is £2 but if enough people do that it will soon add up.

Bit late on the update but the event went really well. weather was great and everyone got through to the end. felt it the next few days but very much worth it.
