East Leake Saint Posted 2 October, 2008 Share Posted 2 October, 2008 RIP Bob, I didn't know you but you seemed a good guy from the comments of those that did. Deepest condolences to Bob's family. I know how you feel, I lost a very close relative to skin cancer a month ago at the tender age of 39. It is truly awful, and I really do feel for you. Try and remember the good times, hopefully they will provide some comfort to you all.

oldsarum Posted 16 October, 2008 Share Posted 16 October, 2008 A quick update regarding Clydie's Funeral, which I attended in Charing (near Ashford, kent) last Friday, along with 20-30 other London Saints all adorned in our Saints Shirts. see write on London Saints website http://www.londonsaints.com/moxie/newsslug/clydie-weekes.shtml Funeral was more of a celebration of his life than a solemn affair, and it made everyone who attended aware of just how much Clydie did for others in his lifetime. Only shame about whole thing was that the vicar was a skate ! I bet even Clydie saw the funny side of that.
