NorthamSteve Posted 8 February, 2011 Share Posted 8 February, 2011 So, I have to go away before the end of the season. I have the choice of missing Hartlepool at home or Brentford away (assuming I get tickets). Considering where we are and where we'd like to be, which would you miss? Appy Posted 8 February, 2011 Share Posted 8 February, 2011 I'd miss Hartlepool, to miss the last away game in a season we could go up is mental.
NorthamSteve Posted 8 February, 2011 Author Share Posted 8 February, 2011 I'd miss Hartlepool, to miss the last away game in a season we could go up is mental. This is what I'm leaning towards. It is difficult though as I've had a ST for 20 odd years now and **** all has happened (positively anyway). Now I could miss a special day which would kill me. dubai_phil Posted 8 February, 2011 Share Posted 8 February, 2011 If I were you, I'd PM EricofArabia and just check whether he intends to attend either of those two games. He's holding about a 100% FAIL record the past few seasons
Griffo Posted 8 February, 2011 Share Posted 8 February, 2011 Away days are generally much better than home games and it's nearer to the end of the season. Tickets may be hard to get if you're not a ST holder for that one though..
InvictaSaint Posted 8 February, 2011 Share Posted 8 February, 2011 I just pray we don't have to get promotion through the play-offs; I have booked to be in New York for my 40th (yes, hard to believe I know - you'd never guess my age from my looks would you? :-)). When do I fly out?.......May 29th: League 1 play-off final date. :-(

pressingon Posted 8 February, 2011 Share Posted 8 February, 2011 I've been going since 1963, my OH booked a suprise holiday in Rhodes for my 60th without looking at the fixture list which means I will miss the last game at home to Walsall ! At least I will be back for the play offs

If we are in the play-off final it will bloody torture.
Barry the Badger Posted 9 February, 2011 Share Posted 9 February, 2011 I have been googling for the playoff semi final dates, so I can put them on the calendar just in case, but not having much luck. Anybody know them or better at searching than me?
