corsacar saint Posted 2 April, 2011 Share Posted 2 April, 2011 Karl Robinson has gone up in my estimation[not very hard after his prattish comments about us last season]. Anybody who cares to go onto Mk Dons website will see a reasonable assessment on todays game from him,and very complimentary comments about us as a whole. Ricky Redstripe Posted 2 April, 2011 Share Posted 2 April, 2011 Karl Robinson has gone up in my estimation[not very hard after his prattish comments about us last season]. Anybody who cares to go onto Mk Dons website will see a reasonable assessment on todays game from him,and very complimentary comments about us as a whole. I agree, he was not very respectful before, but today he seemed more of a mature manager. He even was sharing banter with the Saints fans to the right of the dugout and shook hands with most of our players too. Despite the obvious continual time wasting tactics (who can blame them when a point would be a fantastic result for them) he certainly has gone up in my estimation too. benjii Posted 2 April, 2011 Share Posted 2 April, 2011 Agree. He came across as a spazzmo last season but it can't be easy having to do interviews when you are the numero two. I think he will have a good career.
RedArmy Posted 2 April, 2011 Share Posted 2 April, 2011 ""I'm very proud of the players, we've been here on a number of occasions and been brushed aside and slightly embarrassed at times but that wasn't the case today." He's changed his tune, because after those games they got "slightly embarrassed" in, he was crying that they were the better side and deserved to win. He's still a knob. doddisalegend Posted 2 April, 2011 Share Posted 2 April, 2011 I found his dress sense quite funny looked like he'd just come off a scouse council estate after TWOCing a Ford sierra. Still glad to see he has become more magnamous in defeat. He has also turned the Dons into a much better team than they were last season under Ince. JonnyLove Posted 3 April, 2011 Share Posted 3 April, 2011 When he walked out to the technical I thought i was some chav going to have a pop at someone. The only thing that would top his outfit off today was if he tucked his tracky bottoms into his white socks and wore a cap. (Lets face it he is no Paul Tisdale in then fashion department)
ericofarabia Posted 3 April, 2011 Share Posted 3 April, 2011 Maybe no longer being Ince's fall guy has seen him mature a bit.
