mightysaints Posted 2 August, 2011 Share Posted 2 August, 2011 My daughters boyfriend was the victum of a fraud accident last night in town. At the lights by Solent Uni he was behind 1 car, when the lights went Green the car in front pulled away and then for no reason at all decided to break hard. Daughters boyfreind then went into the back of this car. There is no damage to his car so it must of been a very light bump. As soon as he and the lady driver got out of the car she called the Police and said he was drunk. The Police turned up tested him but it was neg nothing came up. She then complained of neck hurting as well as her 2 passengers. It was obvious what had taken place was part of an attempt to extract monies from a forth comming insurance claim but the Police were only interested in the accident, she made the call and i belive this was to deflect any blame to her for breaking for no reason. I have seen this up North but now it looks like its spreading down here. Now before i get shot down in flames the said lady driver was from an Ethnic Minority, i have a friend who works as an insurance investigator looking into massive fraud car claims as its a big industry going on here. He tells me that Garages,Doctors and the legal eagals from a certain background are all involved and it is very organised.
Colinjb Posted 2 August, 2011 Share Posted 2 August, 2011 This happens a lot in Coventry. I was nearly caught out by a Taxi driver who breaked hard while pulling away from a junction for no reason. I managed to react fast enough to avoid hitting the guy but the poor woman in the antiquated Fiesta behind me had no chance, she went into the back of me but thankfully only cracked her bumper (there was no damage to my Seat, bumper technology has really come on nicely.) Despite there being no contact the Taxi driver parked up and put his hazard lights on, when he saw there was no evidence of damage and thus nothing for him to go on he went on his way. The girl in the Fiesta had been had before by a taxi driver and was livid, not angry at me at all because she was thankfully paying attention. JackFrost Posted 2 August, 2011 Share Posted 2 August, 2011 one of the biggest tricks is when they unplug their brake lights and brake test someone where there isn't CCTV. Of course if you don't see red lights from the car in front you will not think for one minute the car in front of you is slowing down until you know you're going to hit it Then before all the contradictory statements get investigated they plug them back in again
Al de Man Posted 2 August, 2011 Share Posted 2 August, 2011 Karma would result in them picking on someone with no insurance, but I'm sure they thoroughly assess their victim before pulling the stunt.

hamster Posted 8 August, 2011 Share Posted 8 August, 2011 All people from an ethnic minority are not to be trusted, this is conclusive evidence, thank you mightysaint. Bloody ethnic minorities should be stood up against a wall and shot. If you drive behind or in front of a white, english born person (pikey gypo scum excepted) driving a car you need not worry as WE are squeaky clean and would not never do such a despicable thing. As you have raised the subject of ethnic minorities and their propensity for crime, has anyone else noticed how all of those involved with the riots in Tottingham are from ethnic minority backgrounds? I saw one gang who had their faces completely covered apart from a little reader's wives style letterbox shaped hole, smashing a window and they were all ethnic minorities, I could tell because they were using tea towels to hide their dark faces, the same design on the tea towels as those dirty Arabs wear on their camels when out ram raiding. Maybe the answer is to ban the sale of tea towels to anyone from an ethnic minority who is under 18 or over 18. The Celts, The Romans, The Vikings, The Normans and The Dutch had it right. Never trust a foreigner.

surrey1saint Posted 21 August, 2011 Share Posted 21 August, 2011 (edited) This is from an IAM observer, from another forum. "I know about these insurance scams where the brake lights are deliberately disabled so that vehicle two stands no reasonable chance of stopping in time" Another post from same forum: "UP here in the North the scammers (quite possibly of same ethnicity) have become far more sophisticated in their techniques. They now work in teams of two. The first brakes hard, the second brakes in time, the target doesn't! First car then of course clears off leaving the ‘injured party’ with a justifiable excuse to have stopped. Do a quick Google search “Direct Line+Cash for crash” to see the ten most at risk roundabouts in the UK. I drive the top three almost every day!"
