The manager is there to motivate and dictate the style of play. 

Our manager (and I use that term very loosely) hasn't motivated anybody and clearly doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to a style of play. 

Russell Martin lost his job because he refused to.change his ways but at least he had a system. This prick hasn't got a bloody clue. Just look at the defence and midfield tonight against Chelsea. 

He's taken the group backwards. How can you expect players to perform when they're given Ivan Juric as a manager?

Look at what Moyes has done at Everton. Thats the difference a manager makes, even when your players are supposedly shit. 

A proper manager would get every one of those players performing.

How can you expect players to perform? How about like they used to under other useless fucking managers like Branfoot? They ran, tackled and had a bit of pride even when they were on way less money than these spineless chicken fuckers.

Juric made the point that how can a club have it's best players and 18 year old (assume Dibling who is now 19) and an 20 year old (assume Fernandes).

He has made us worse than Martin and we play with no hope.

Can I change my vote last night to the players .. individual mistakes led to the 3 of the goals.. they aren't good enough.. 

Next season we need to recruit at least 1x left footed centre back or possibly 2 to cover for injuries.

That's where the January loan signing should have been 

Not on an attacking midfielder who isn't contributing. 

2 x  right sided Centre backs need to go in summer.  

 

And put Bree back to wing back reserve
