alpine_saint Posted 3 February, 2009 Share Posted 3 February, 2009 SFC died when it became SLH plc. Nah, it was Rupert's brain-fart over the summer of 2003 when he got his biggest delusions of grandeur that killed the club.
Mr saint Posted 3 February, 2009 Share Posted 3 February, 2009 I'd still rather support us than the skates though. Really? Are you mental? No offence like, but they're the FA cup holders playing Premiership football. ....................good lord, am I really this depressed at the moment? Please never hold the words of this post against me....I still hate them, and love Saints...but...well... :smt022
miserableoldgit Posted 3 February, 2009 Share Posted 3 February, 2009 If we continue to lose games like this then the new IKEA store in Southampton will get bigger attendances every Saturday.............. Perhaps Rupert will wheedle his way in there and leave us alone! The words "straws", "clutching" and "at" come to mind.
Fan The Flames Posted 3 February, 2009 Share Posted 3 February, 2009 Nah, it was Rupert's brain-fart over the summer of 2003 when he got his biggest delusions of grandeur that killed the club. Driving away from Cardiff felt like the beginning of the end, little did we know it actually was.
St Landrew Posted 3 February, 2009 Share Posted 3 February, 2009 Driving away from Cardiff felt like the beginning of the end, little did we know it actually was. It should have been the end of the beginning. If this club disappears completely, or to all intents and purposes, as a club that aspires to success, then I shall never forgive those people responsible. They need not worry about me though. It's the fans who have nothing other than Saints in their lives, they need to worry about. That's Askham, Lowe and those purposely connected with them at the time, post FA Cup Final.
