We are only hour or so away from London.... At least 1 of our current squad live in / around London. If he wants to live in London, that wouldn't stop him playing for us.

What is he supposed to do, wait around for us to possibly come in (which may not happen)? I still believe that no matter how far down the line he gets with palace, if we come in last minute and agree a deal, he'll join us.

Would only take us to agree a deal with Liverpool and he'll be down here in an hour. IF we are truly interested then his agent will be aware of this interest and things can develop very quickly. Yep, or even more recently in Milan. The photo's of our away end & down by the canal will lie with me forever. It seemed as if there were just as many flags as fans!
