Speaking personally I could see the potential of Poch based on his time at Espanyol. By contrast I am rather worried about Jones although not completely writing him off like a lot of people seem to be. It's his style of play that's my main worry, doesn't sound very sophisticated

I don't think we thought we could make do, we just couldn't secure anyone of the quality we wanted. There's no point throwing big money at someone like Brereton Diaz when they're not going to be any better than what we've got
