True and that is why Ipswich get good gates, and do not forget both clubs lay on coaches from outlying towns to bus people in on match days -
forgot only hard men stand up

Not sure of the crowd but the Chapel was busy, filled with Tyro sides. Nice to see Perry Macmillian there with Sky Blues

Saints 3-0 Tranmere Rovers: Post Match Reaction
70's Mike replied to St Landrew's topic in The Saints
ME i am just going to enjoy winning again, the game itself was dour but lit up by the goals,Tranmere came to frustrate and got their reward. Close your eyes and Lamberts free kick was like going back 10 or more years. The club has its first hero that kids can emulate for years. -
hi Nick i stopped reading the Echo a few years back, i think at the time Murray was appointed, because i felt their support for the club was poor, this was before Wilde and co.
-
only just read this funny how the replies and comments break down between pro and anti Lowes. Pro Lowe think NC is being precious Anti Lowes think he is right Me do not give a stuff about the Echo because i gave up reading it years ago and now the Pink only comes out Sunday morning have given up on that

my 14 year old son wants an ipod touch( going to pay for it himself) problem is he has lots of songs on his nano which re not on itunes on our pc because we lost them when our old pc crashed. is there a way, without buying advertised software, to copy from his current ipod back to itunes and then from itunes to a new ipod touch

the difference between Lowe and the other people you mentioned was that they all run successful businesses dealing with the public and realise that PR is important not being seen in the clubs training kit with your initials on it, or talking about Klingons
-
ok but never under estimate their ability to cause trouble whatever your age
-
good that it is a Supporters Charter rather than a Customers Charter.

You going to risk it? there are certain pubs down the Old Kent Road, where you would risk a severe beating if you went in with Saints colours on
-
hate to say it but Lawrie Mac lost us the FA Cup that season by playing Steve Williams in Semi Final, when he was not fit. I do not think he played another game that season and the side went unbeaten in the last league games

Who is your player of the season so far?

voted for Lallana but think Hammonds drive has been very influential as well -
I am just going to enjoy getting there first and then turning over the big clubs ever now and again

Used to be a plan on the old forum, may have been in Keiths one, where we all marked where we sit at SMS
-
and anyone else who has disappeared now the talk is about football not finance
-
Early on being the operative words
-
Steve Williams at his peak was superb only weakness was did not score enough goals
-
So expanding debate other than Shearer, Flowers and Chivers who else has won anything after jumping of the good ship SFC

Good professional performance, last time we were this good away from home was in promotion season in 78. target should be to keep winning every week and see where we are, i do not believe any club sets out to lose because they are not ready for promotion.
