I think that the issue is, living in the city, that the club is quickly becoming an irrelevance in the life of thousands. THEY DO NOT CARE. People do not talk about the games at their workplace, even in the pubs you struggle to find anyone interested. Without a boost to morale this club is going to sink further because irrespective of a few on here, lowe/wilde are seen as part of the problem NOT a solution to it.

that combined with not bring in all these youngsters from other clubs , Forecast, Gasmi, Pullis, Smith the list is endless would have been a good policy. But not radical enough for Rupert

NO I know managers ranting and shouting on the touch line does not necessarily mean they know what they are doing, but this club is desparate for a sign that the players/coaching staff/directors/shareholders actually care. Ow for an Alan Ball type or even Dennis Rofe( not everyones cup of tea) but short slevves in winter , sitting on the tarmac on the half way line in front of the East Stand at the Dell , until Ref moved him, the players knew where they stood and we as fans knew they were getting advice and boll*ckings as required. We appear to be running a pc nursery where players doing badly are given another chance and we are expected to keep throwing our money at it

rupert is more likely to sign Mr Wu because he can control the ball

Quite right but what i get fed up with is luvvies who keep saying we had no choice , we did and rupert once again took the wrong option, it stinks of 2003 when we bought squad players not improving the best 11. Now we keep adding youngsters, Forecast , Gasmi, Peckhart, Robertson, Smith, Cork we have become a babysitting service for teams like Millwall. The way forward is to stop now , get Skacel, Perry into the team give the youngsters a chance to learn there trade, stop believing they will learn from their mistakes magically on there own, no one expects an electrician or plumber to know it all and teach themselves.

The funny thing is we pull all 11 back for corners and still concede, they not leave Smith and another up field and occupy 4 defenders, by dragging all back we invited Watford to stick 9 in our box.

Disagree slightly, the alternatives were in the summer we have signed godknows how many youngsters from outside the club, there total wages could have been used to buy a couple of defenders with CCC experience. Playing 6 youngsters with 5 senior pros might work, playing 9 with 2 will not. Everyone has to learn their job from experienced older people but not in Ruperts world of Narnia keepy uppy football

i suppose what you could say is why bring in 4 or 5 youngsters from outside the club , when we could have brought in one, maybe two, CCC defenders. That with Perry, Skacel and SJ plus 6 youngsters and you have a good balance. But 9 youngsters today is just not working and, imo, doing the youngsters no good

Looked slightly above 15000 , does anyone know how many were there. I know there were a lot leaving when i left after 70mins. Were we graced with the presence of Messrs Lowe and Wilde

I agree with the sentiment about JP , BUT basically he is out of his depth. to many luvvies have bigged up these youngsters and not understood that football is a job at this level. You need to learn , and never stop learning, RL has created the ultimate football sin he has undervalvued experience and now we will pay the price. Other clubs can mix youngsters with experience and i am yet to here a decent reason why we could not have. We have brought in players just because they are young , the savings on 2 or 3 of their wages would have paid for a centre half. Just like after 2003 we have bought squad players without improving the first 11
