Been in this afternoon , did not risk getting charged in car park, so park on road. Only 1 bloke ahead of me in queue

my post was not in response to anything you had posted. i just do not think you can hide behind a 5 year plan, football just does not work like that, you need to aim to win every game not the games in 3 years time. my fear is that NC is falling into the RL trap of we did ok last season so we will be ok next season. like it or not the championship over 46 games is better than league one over 46 games i would like to see the first 11 strengthed not the squad

i am a little surprised at the lack of transfer activity but as a saints fan have got used to it. however i disagree with all this 5 year plan stuff, football is played on the pitch and i am sure all clubs have a 5 year plan which involves getting promotion from the division they are in. fact is only 3 can suceed out of the Championship and to say we have 2 more years to get there is bonkers, it just does not work like that. Every season every club in the championship wants to get to the promised land but it is done by results on the pitch not excel spreadsheets, there are two many variables, loss of form, injuries and bad luck. we should be aiming for promotion now, this season

leads on to the next question when the wife says you love that football club more than me , what do you say as a serious reply

interesting point is how was the business funded from May until July with no income, because as i understand it we made a loss on last set of accounts, albeit it was Markus's money then. imo your last sentence sums it up but that is a huge gamble in football with very few clubs guaranteed success

57years and 3 months still act like a 18 year old at SMS or away days

In the 70's on a lads holiday to Spain, 1976, £50 for 2 weeks. A trip to a Bull fight, a BBQ and pi** up on a remote beach were standard options. all i can remember was it was hot,the seats were hard and after the first fight it was boring because the result is not in doubt

50 YEARS for me , and he was by far the most unpopular. Others may have been worst by results but they were put into the position by Rupert for financial reasons not football

waiting for the AOC money?

Based on how NC works that could be a good shout, reckon he will go for Neil Warnock once QPR sack him. Experience on getting out of the Championship
-
agreed lets hope he shoots all jornalists up the as* and says my career will be better served by playing every week than sitting in Arsenals reserves
-
cr*p deal suppose the money will be used to finance new players so maybe we are still a selling club(hides away before i am told every club is a selling club)
-
i must be missing something if we have money to burn lets spend it getting into the premiership and staying there. risking money to expand the stadium without our share of skys pot would be lunacy, the strength of this club has always been a very stable hardcore but in the current economic climate i believe we would struggle to fill SMS for games against Wolves, Bolton,Qpr,Norwich,Wigan, Swansea,Sunderland and Everton

must be the most modern thing about the skates then
