Could be a factor to why we brought Hassen in, that if it got any worse we'd have a 'competent' replacement as opposed to a professional bench warmer in Taylor.

Why are you so in denial? With the exception of a few games which were a combination of us on a 'good' day and the opposition being absolutely toothless (Arsenal in the cup, Leicester, West Ham, Liverpool games), we have looked absolutely dreadful.
