Why wouldn't he know about board meetings? It's literally his job to be in contact with the board. The story is still up on The Athletic suggesting no one at the club is disputing the facts of it. There were direct quotes from the QC report and from a victim. The Athletic report is perfectly measured and fair considering the subject. That's mainly because the Premier League, and the clubs themselves, don't give a flying fuck what the FA might want.
