Promotion to the top flight I know was the preserve of the mega clubs, the giants of football like Watford, Blackpool, Reading, Norwich, Hull and Swansea. Even dreaming we could ever emulate them was just silly. But I couldn't help believing. The impossible is real. I mean, fourteenth as well. Phew.
