    The English

Sometimes it's ahrd to judge what 'rude' means, because different countires and even local areas have different rules and expectations. I have found Germans to be friendly as a rule, sometimes very, but have also had some bad experiences including one in a mountain town where everyone seemed to not do the 'norma;' move out of the way thing when walking down the road. How that was supposed to work I don't know, because there seemed to be no concession at all. Everyone in this country at least shifts course or whatever passing others, but here they didn't. I couldn't understand how they didn't all just end up at an impasse, stood eyeballing each other, chest to chest until they died of starvation. it wasn't only me who experienced this, and they didn't specifically know we were 'foreigners' either. But I had to just put it down to some strange local way of doing things that wasn't the same as my own, even though it seemed, from an English perspective, very bloody rude indeed.
  2. Ban EVERYONE.

Dune, I think you're mental. I occasionally enjoy your bizarre skittering tracks of thought. On this thread: "Thinking about it I was a right cvnt on my hols, especially when during the battle of the lounger". I can't quite decide whether you're a total pr*ck in real life or actually sort of funny.
  5. Depends. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. I often feel a bit guilty walking past beggars etc, but I also know I shouldn't in many cases. I sometimes buy someone a sandwich or whatever, that's better IMO, and occasionally they get all sarcastic about it if it's a cheap one etc. So I tell them to stick it.
  6. Bexy, I was pretty much joking... I have clearly overstepped the mark sometimes and occasionally this should and has led to infractions. I'm not really one to moan or abuse over that sort of thing. It's a bloody forum. There've been a few times I've felt infractions were daft, or uneven, etc, but christ, it's a volunteer thing to help the community, not a court of law with a formal standardised and vetted set of procedures. My referring to you as an over-zealous infraction-happy psycho was, I assure you, a tongue in cheek reference to the fact that some people seem personally slighted by getting infractions and do, as you say, hold grudges. Please accept a humblest Robsk II style apology if I have offended you.

    Cheating

To be honest, yes. I think it's sort of a sign of not being that happy or sure in a relationship and keeping ideas open or something. Either that or utter weakness in the face of fitness.
  8. I reckon it's a gay.
  9. This thread has turned mental.
  10. Look, much though I enjoy 'batner' with you, I was jsut obejecting to your weird view of the guardian, which I'm honestly sure would side with you - and, as you may not have understood, me - in saying that ADHD is very, very often given as a 'condition' when a kid is just naughty for other reasons. I understand this and have seen it far more than you realise. So we're not even arguing about it, you weirdo.
  11. In that case, the so called 'working classes' you refer to are usually comfortable anyway, or if they're not it's because they are lazy pr*cks who never bothered to learn anything and better themselves. The state lets plenty of people down, but never so many as moronic parents who should enver have children beccause they never invest in them any sort of values, wok ethic or sense of fairness to their fellow man. They tell themselves they are the 'real' Britain, purely because they are fooled into backwards, tribalistic ways of thinking, and it's nice and easy because no idea ever challenges you in such a self-pitying yet self-satisfied bubble. You never have to be sensible, rational, or show any compassion to anyone until it suits you to do so, ie Diana, maddie McCann, kenneth bigley. They then read the Mail and go along with it's largely nonsensical hate filled rubbish because it gives them a sense of entitlement and various groups to blame for the predicament other than themselves.. so they get behind ludicrous hate campaigns for things like 'PC gone mad' and so on, without ever knowing a damn thing about it in 99% of cases. Sweeping generalisation, but at least I am aware of mine, unlike you with yours. I've worked for the last 7 years in jobs that could be better paid because I value what they do. I've probably done more for our society than you ever will, and have more understanding about things like ADHD because I have had professional reasons to do so. I am in agreement that it's massively over-used as a term, but I've also seen a relatively few peple who clearly have something like what it describes. Instead of moaning about the guardian, and lefties, and pinkos, and commies, how about you use your brain? I know it's hard, but you clearly think you're intelligent. How about constructing some thoughts based on facts for once?
  12. How is that a guardian term? More utter ignorance from you. I read that paper if any, and it's far more realistic about things like that than other papers.
  13. I'd have thought you'd have called him a faggot or a nazi, flashed your stone island klobber and then shown him who's boss. What's happened to you?
  14. Get a room.
  15. Which is why their loss is a shame. Bexy, though - good riddance, you over zealous infraction-happy psycho.
  16. Please be serious Deppoo.
  17. But seriously - I agree with what you say; good points. The thing is, there is always a proportion of football 'fans' who have no sense of perspective, no common sense, no morals or no brain. I'm not sure any rational argument will change irrational people.
  18. What the hell happened to you!?? Scary.
  19. This is Kadeem:
  20. Great thread. St Landrew was a good mod. He was fair, reasonable and kind. We didn't always share the same interests, but he had many of the same views on things as myself. He laughed at a pictorial joke I made for him once. This is my favourite St Landrew memory, and I think it stands the test of time - and perhaps takes on a new meaning in the current light of things. He remains a good man, but his SW persona has finally been destroyed by the incessant tides of morons.
  21. Good post. Agree with the sentiment. Must've been really special for them. One day they'll be able to tell their grandkids "I was at SMS and we only lost 2-0. Halcyon days.". Sweet, really.
  22. Which one?
  23. Um.. Only just read this.. WTF!?
  24. It is a failing of mine. Time commitment may be an issue with all those oaks and ashes and willows about.
  25. I guess it has been a while.. What the hell. If the team would welcome it, I'd put my hat in to the circle.
