Have to say that he is young inexperienced & been drafted into a shocking defence. Its not surprising that he is being found out. if he had come into a team with a strong defence then he just may not look so bad. The trouble is he is covering James half the time & being dragged out of position. Now don't think I'm blaming James as I think he would be a very good Right sided midfielder (being played out of position). It all comes down to the coach & not having the correct personnel. A decent right back with James in front of him & we just may have the beginnings of a defence.

Apart from the odd one or two I don't think the majority are having a go at Individuals, its more the manner of the performance people are questioning. I also don't see the problem on a fans forum of discussing players performance's, just as you would do with your mates down the pub. Whilst I agree at matches or personally to have a go at individuals doesn't make sense. But discussing/questioning on a fans forum is far removed from having a go at individuals. I fully expected to be beaten today so not surprised but it was a Lack lustre performance & it doesn't matter how much I want it to be different it doesn't make it so. Also not many laying the blame at the feet of the players, its the management structure that is at fault. As the balance of the side is all wrong, two many round pegs in square holes etc.

Well its my boy hood hero for me Mick Channon his partner would be Ron Davies. There are a lot of other great strikers like Moran & Osgood Keegan ect, but the 2 above are a cut above IMHO.

As they also said on satanta they expect Blyth Spartans to give a better fighting display than we did today. Nobody expected us to even get close to winning today but i'd hoped for a fighting valiant defeat. I don't think you could claim that happend today.

Only what I expected to be frank but the worrying thing is as they have just said on Satanta that we seemed to go down with a whimper. now I know we were down to ten men, but I watched Gillingham earlier against Villa & they lost but went down having a right good go at them. It looked like a training ground run out for them. Also Furguson said he didn't want to humiliate the young lads in his interview.
