Sports lawyer on Sky at the moment, doesn't seem to think that they will get any change out of the PL, I hope he's right. just asked the Lawyer his opinion on where they will be this time next year he seems to think they will be in the CCC with new owners but with more points deductions, that's his gut feeling. Doesn't see the administrator being able to get enough creditors to agree a CVA here's hoping.
-
I think its because they have to convene a PL meeting to review & ratify the -9 points probably Monday.
-
LOL thinks he can get the PL to not give them a -9 point penalty, also wants to discuss getting cash advance from PL. Also wants the transfer window opened to sell 2 players WTF
-
How did the players money get payed? it sound like its come from Portpin & they would continue to fund it if needs be. LOL at getting HMRC on side to support the CVA ROTFPMSL good luck with that then.
-
Says he will be in a week to 10 days to give his full plans for the way ahead. stadium is still on the balance sheet of the club. Portpin have a charge against it.
-
How can he guarantee that they will get a CVA in 8-weeks LOL seems to be hinting they will get some finance from the PL (C**ts).
-
Winding up order will not happen. Trading is the prime objective, we have a list of potential investors, we will need up front for anyone interested proof of funds. We will also be investigating how the company got into this mess LOL.
-
They are going to read a statement & then he will take questions & will then do 1 to 1 interviews. Should be interesting.
-
They are discussing now if they should start as its 10-mins early LOL
-
Just seen the storrie confrontation on Sky LOL. Administrator now on Sky
-
Maybe they could secure it against there next parachute payment Oh
-
So even now they still don't get it, even at this late stage. It really is unbelievable
-
Isn't the reason that Storrie Teller is at Notarf is to clear his desk out. And try to get the Skeletons by Sky sport news without anyone seeing them.
-
He's been on the phone almost non stop with one builder, the builder is just waiting for proof of funds to be lodged with the bank before he starts in the morning!
-
Is that PETER STORRIE'S blue & white Army ROTFPMSL :smt041:smt041:smt041
-
I much prefer the scenario where they get -15 for no CVA then they get the extra points for being in administration before to take it to -17 then they get another -10 when Mandric, Storrie Teller & saggy Chops are sent down & the club are done the extra points for directors acting fraudulently so as Luton had the other year -27 pts. Or more if you like! Then we can have T-shirts made next January with something like It's January & still -10 in Portsmouth
-
From that guardian link:- Andronikou, who will act as the administrator, will issue a detailed statement tomorrow outlining how the club will be restructured and made attractive for a potential buyer. How the hell is going to do that LOL try and make a club with hardly any players of there own, rented ground, large footballing debts, HMRC to pay if they want a CVA. Attractive :smt036

Good OP & agree 100% with it. The main thing for me this season is we have hope & aspirations again & I'm enjoying that fact. Nothing is ever assured in football, I've always expected us to miss out on the play-off's. And the cup runs have given the season a little extra feel good factor, and Wembley is a bonus, so their is plenty to be happy about, compared to this time last year. Lets just hope we can finish the season on a great run & put down a strong marker for next season.

Sorry if I'm being thick about this, but I still can't get my head around the fact that they & their directors have been trading insolvently & illegally. So now they go into Administration & they can get away with this? "ring fenced" as quoted. now when they go to court to get Administration, is this one of the things the court will look at being insolvent or is it just whether they can get a viable club out of it at the end of the day. Or is that they may be granted Administration but HMRC would then peruse the directors for their money?
-
Good digging GM, should be an interesting couple of days, What is the procedure for PCFC now? Do they have to go to court to get Administration ratified & will that be tomorrow or Monday. Can't wait to hear what HMRC have to say tomorrow LOL.
-
That seems like a very fair assessment by Claridge, and about right to. I for 1 don't want to see him go. but with NC's comments the other day, I think AP needs to get the team performing week in week out, not this stuttering form were in at the moment.
-
The stink just keeps getting worse! Desperation times amongst the main protagonists. Am I reading this right that they have to go to court before they go into administration & is that on Friday? We know everything happens on Friday, if so should be an Interesting day another hammering for the F5 button.
-
Well that was a poor poor performance, no passion now spark, only 1 real chance created, & thankfully Davis kept us in it with three great saves. We really have to find a way to win on these types of pitches & against poor opposition like this.

Just taken 5 mins to get back on after it crashed, WTF is going on. Forum going at the same speed as Saints tonight.
