Yep, it looks like they've been reported three times and have received one (over turned) embargo and a fine. It appears embargos are pretty rare, I can only find reports of Sion and Roma actually serving embargos for tapping up. Chelsea only got a £300,000 fine for actally meeting Ashley Cole in person, rather than just speaking to his agent.

A quick bit of googling sees that Man Utd, Chelsea (for Neymar), Newcastle (by 2 clubs) and Celtic have all been reported for tapping up players - none have been hit with embargos.

Whilst I don't agree with us doing it, I very much doubt we'll get a punishment like Chelsea's (before it was over turned).
