Agreed, he is certainly an odd signing - one who doesn't seem to fit our current game plan at all. I can't see him playing through the middle, so can only assume we'll try and use him in one of the wide positions. But, like you say there is nothing to suggest he can play there. Can he be any worse that Rodriguez out wide? At least he might try and take a few players on. There's always Lee as well...

Completely agree about Fox/Shaw, there's no point throwing Shaw in until our midfield start to offer more protection to our full backs. I would like us to find a place for Mayuka somewhere, even if it is out wide and potentially out of position. At the moment when we're under pressure, our only “out ball” is a high ball to Lambert, hoping he’ll out muscle the centre backs. With pace up front we can play balls into the channels (behind the opposition defenders) and switch the pressure to the opposition defence in their own half.

To be fair most people complain about his style of play rather than ability as a manager.

Not according to the ticket office they're not. I ordered mine online and originally asked for them to be posted. Last week I changed my mind and emailed the ticket office to change it to collection, their response was: Unfortunately it would be too late now to change this from postage to collections and the online tickets are printed from an external company
