My comment was entirely down to ignorance on what CVA really meant. Afterwards I looked it up and subsequently wanted to change my statement, but decided not to, as I expected noone to read it let alone quote it I thought the 'voluntary' part was on behalf of the creditors - that they agreed to only get a fraction of their money. That seems not to be the case...

Didn't Liebherr pay the debts in full, so there was no need af a CVA? If true, then we legally nor morally owe anyone anything as compared to Pompey who ran from the bill with their last CVA (where the V really isn't very V, if you ask me)...

Phew, thank you, I thought I had to be the first to say that Lamberts was a real 50/50. The defender had arms flailing around and there was contact, but it seemed that Rickie more or less barged into him. Could have been given on the basis of the defender's arms being everywhere. I agree that there was no free kick on Kelvin judging by the highlights - the Cardiff player went towards him but it seems there isn't too much contact. Kelvin simply just can't get around him. Would often have been given though considering that keepers always get extra protection. Pen was a pen and Lallanas last pen call was a pen too. Thought it was a dive but the replay shows that the defender catches Lallana's boot and takes him down...

Looking forwards to seeing the rejected penalty appeals plus the possible free kick on Davis for their goal. In retrospect I could be very disappointed with the draw, if we wuz robbed

Excactly the kind of response I was looking for - all we needed was a winner to make the evening perfect. West Ham losing, Cardiff not winning and the team visibly gaining confidence will be the major takeaway... Now I need to lie down and get my pulse back to normal - phew!...
