Seems like NA had his own agenda today which included getting players back to match fitness, blooding youngsters and reserves, resting key players for Tuesday, easing Lee (and Puncheon) into the team - while at the same time getting a result. A win would have been perfect but we live to fight another day and Adkins hopefully learned more about the status, balance and quality of his squad.

So you start a thread to discuss Cortese only to try to ridicule those with differing views from your own by questioning their ability to think for themselves... if you want to present your views unopposed, why not write a blog instead? For the record, I think Cortese can be a nasty piece of work and I LOVE it, cause he's our Arsenal-bashing, Puncheon-bullying, Echo-fighting, programme-covering bad ass chairman. If he was chairman for any other club I'd probably dislike him

LOL - you're absolutely right And considering the BBC link in post #47 that's just unbelievable...

To be honest, I tried the virtual version of "getting behind the team" in the match thread and I seemed to be in a minority... It was like watching a virtual exodus to the post match thread half an hour before the game had finished I know it's different, cause the players can't see or hear us, but the mentality seems to be the same...
