We could afford to get rid if we sold Bertrand. Wouldn't be much of a miss, the amount he puts in to most games.

I'm sure there will be buyers for Bertrand, McCarthy, Gabbi, Gunn, Austin, but yes, that might not cover the gap. Might get 70m though

Mark Hughes as DoF? New manager in? Saves on compo, even if it would be pretty awful...

I wonder if they might be tempted to push Hughes upstairs to the DoF role, and get a new manager in. Would save on compensation.
