Sounds pretty dull so far. No attempts of note. Lots of changes but there's no excuse for a lack of intensity
-
Play fairly well, deserve something but ultimately lose 3-2 seems to be a recurring theme against this lot. I miss the days of really fancying us against the better teams but that optimism was always built on a decent defence which we no longer have
-
We made a mess of simple passes SO many times when breaking in the first hour. Get it right and it’s 4 on 4 or 4 on 3, but we didn’t and the chances were wasted. So frustrating. The defending for the first 2 isn’t even worth talking about. CB has been a priority position to strengthen for about 2 years and we still haven’t really done anything about it. Yoshida should be our worst option as it was a few years ago, not our best.
-
This has been absolute dross. Decision making throughout so poor. We’ve given it away so many times when we should’ve been getting on the break. Burnley are crap but we’ve somehow been worse
-
Ask me again at the end of July when we’ve fannied about in the transfer window and still have Stephens as our 3rd best CB
-
Amazing what can happen when you’ve got a bloke in charge who knows what they’re doing, who’s keen to tell the players what to do and how to do it. Groundbreaking.
-
Tadic is a p*ssy, a bottle job and a whinging little sh*t and always has been. He’s skillful at times but a luxury player at best. Needs to be dropped in favour of Sims for the rest of the run in.
-
Betfred amongst others

We’ll be long gone by then.

Was so optimistic going into the game, within 5 minutes of being there we could tell it was for no good reason. Didn’t even bother going back up for the 2nd half. Shambles.

If anyone has a spare we’re 1 ticket short. jharris9587@gmail.com

Not been as good this season as in previous seasons, but that goes for just about everyone that Pellegrino had anything to do with. Hoping for more out of him under a competent manager.
-
But we’ve seen that he can be a real handful down the left with Bertrand. A couple of blocks isn’t what we’re looking for from an attacking midfielder to consider him having a good game.
-
Tadic needs to be on the left or not at all. Slowest/most indirect player in the league but has been known to link well with Bertrand as he’ll do his running for him. I haven’t seen anything from Carillo to make me want to see him play again. Get Sims, Boufal and JWP interchanging behind Gabbi with solidity from Lemina and Hoj and I think we’ve got a good chance. For big parts of today we looked like we were strangers, kept making the same runs or running into each other. Lots to iron out before the next game.

Drive him back to Monaco and beg for a refund
-
As long as Tadic is on the left, I’m more than happy with that. Weird feeling seeing a teamsheet and not being instantly angry.
-
Was excited last night, much less so now after some thought and the prospect of us fannying around for the next few weeks, then getting a new man in just in time for us to be confirmed as relegated at Everton.
-
He’s not going anywhere is he. It’s been plain to see since about November that this bloke is completely out of his depth but here we are having the same conversation every week. Surely the board have known for weeks that it’s not working but there’s some other mysterious reason for keeping him there. We’re not even limping on any more, we’re barely crawling.
-
Could be quite good fun if it’s as toxic as it was yesterday and West Ham let it get to them again. New stadium for me and a good day on the beers despite the football I hope.
-
Early prediction: Tadic ineffective in the middle. Redmond just ineffective. Carillo isolated and ineffective. Pellegrino tactically ineffective. Boring game. Play for the draw and might get one with a bit of luck.
-
Surely he would’ve been sacked weeks ago if the board had any intention of making a change. Not going anywhere.
-
Just did the predictor and have us finishing on 34 points along with Huddersfield and Stoke, goal difference keeping us up. Crazy that we could feasibly stay up with only 6 wins out of 38 games, it’s such a poor league again this season.
-
We absolutely deserve to be relegated. Cowardice from top to bottom.
-
Diouf deserved that for being a c*nt earlier. Well done Hoedt, we need to show a bit of fight.
-
FFS. Redmond shouldn’t be starting and I bet it’s because he’s playing on the left, leaving Tadic in the middle where he’s least effective. Good to see sims starting but I’m not confident at all.
