So what is your definition "oven ready PL player?" Top foriegn players who haven't played in the PL before? People like Adam Lalana and Charley Taylor who have played 100's of PL games between them? What proportion of the team/squad should be "oven ready? What proportion should be "exciting young talents?" What proportions should "roadsweepers" and "violinists" fulfill? Are you suggesting that we should just be spunking what money we have on players JUST because they have played in the PL?

My God, I didn't realise that we has quite so many......

I am a bit confused. Broja started like a rocket for us, then tailed off. because of injury/attitude? Has hardly set the world alight since....what is the attraction?

I am glad that we decided to rejoin the Prem again....

I have to be honest and say that I wasn't particularly worried about watching the Euros, but I have to say the I have watched most of the games, and as a neutral I have thoroughly enjoyed them. They have mostly been end to end, full-blooded, no quarter asked or given affairs.......apart from the England games. By far, the two most boring games.

For a reason.....

I really don't get the love for Ings and Broja. Ings played 20 games last year and scored one goal. I loved his time here and was disappointed when he left, but he was a bit injury prone. Imagine the uproar on here if we were linked to another 31 year old striker that scored just one goal last season. As for Broja, he was on fire for the first half-dozen games that he played for us, but after his injury he hasn't been the same player and has done little of note since. Surely we need to hit the ground running next season......very hard to play "catch up" in the PL.

Or..........it could just be a lazy C & P job......

I won't trust anyone who can't spell....
