It was quite funny where we were in Kingsland Stand. Someone about two rows behind us got annoyed with Che, who was reasonably close to us, and stood up and screamed that he was F..ing Sh1t and to F.... Off! A mature chap in our row then stood up and had a go at him telling to support the team etc. It developed into a real schoolboy playground "F Off! No, you F Off No you F Off" jobby. When Che scored it started again with the guy in our row turning around and giving the other bloke the the old "You couldn't make it up" face......they weren't kids....🤣

Because he was possibly the best, most exciting player that I have seen in Saints colours in the 65 years that I have been watching the team? He also virtually saved us almost single-handedly from relegation on more than one occasion? I haven't really followed any of his conspiracy stuff (then again, I don't follow anyone's conspiracy stuff), so my abiding memories of the man are what he did for this Club whilst wearing a red and white shirt.

Absolutely right....

I felt that it was more a case of " look, we know that we have lost both of our centre backs and that things have gone against us but we have to stop feeling sorry for ourselves and get stuck in.....we CAN do this!!!".......might be wrong though.....he could have been taking the Dominoes order for the after-match meal....

Caught up with MotD this morning. Surprised that there was no mention of us losing both of our centre backs early in the game, and the "Captains Huddle" after the third Spuds goal.....not sure that I have ever seen that before.

I really liked the fact that he called the players over for a "huddle" when the third Spuds goal went in. Not sure that I have ever seen that before.....

Four League games, three away from home, three clean sheets, (only one goal conceded....build from the back) and seven points. Not too shabby....

Not exactly Saints related but a bit of much needed light relief....firstly P*mpey lost at home, and secondly a thread on Twitter about the Twat with a Bell upsetting people by identifying as a woman and using the female toilets.

My view for what it is worth..... Saints couldn't be faulted for effort today......they looked like they were determined to get a result. However, there was a fair bit of "headless chicken" syndrome, and our passing was lackadaisical most of the time. Leicester seemed to know where the spaces were and used them to their advantage.....their passing to each other much more direct and clinical......they were finding their own players a lot more often that we were. Luckily, their finishing was worse than ours. Still...a wins a win and who knows how the rest of the game would have turned out if the pen had gone in.
