Never forget that one, got to be the worst
-
Agree on that one
-
After yesterday's totally gutting experience, it made me think that we have been on the end of some shockers. Oldham at home in the League cup quarter final, our premier league relegation season, Boro, and Everton spring to mind. It's almost worse than losing!
-
Invicta Saint, I hope this notable statistic continues. In the cold light of day, after my utter disbelief at yesterday's totally gutting experience, I actually feel quite confident! UTS
-
Will get 100% from me. Guly needs to give 100% too. At the moment he is not, so shouldn't be playing. We need fighters in the team at this stage of the season, not bottlers. See you all at Selhurst.

Saints / Reading / West Ham run in: Games to go . . .
Didcot Saint replied to .comsaint's topic in The Saints
Chester Saint. You are deluded, sorry mate, it ain't going to happen, played poorly since Derby and West Ham have renewed confidence. If we loose to Reading next week then that's it, playoffs. -
Turkish I agree with you. Gutted we didn't beat those pikey gippo retards. The worst thing is those bstards have had the last laugh over us. Disappointed, dejected and seriously worried we will fail at the last. A horrible day, really ****ing horrible, some posters on here need to wake up and smell the coffee, we haven't played well since Derby at home and are in serious danger of failing at the last.

Worried. Very worried.

The "I had a dream about how Saturday went" thread
Didcot Saint replied to Deano6's topic in The Saints
I had a dream we ****ed up being top all Season until right to the very end..... -
Personally i only watched on TV but the pitch looked shocking. It looked rock hard and bobbly, the balling bouncing awkwardly most of the time and greasy on top. Same for both sides i know but SMS is 100% better than that hence why we are so good at home, and will suit our football better next season if we go up, as PL pitches are mostly superb. Still was a shocking display though.
-
Mr Comely, are you going to sort the trains as I sorted the match tickets! COYR ps, don't panic, we will still win it!
-
Sorry Micky a bit drunk and I'm proud we are top and imo we deserve it and will be gutted if we dont win it after being there nearly all season. You are quite right though.
-
Let's hope they don't because imo they don't deserve it at all. We scored more goals and lost less games. **** em
-
Excuse me but what about the 23 games this team have won this season scoring the most goals? Yes a bad performance but ffs we have only lost eight games out of FORTY in our first season back up. Get a grip, we are still top and 6 clear (7 with goal difference) clear of third. Have some perspective.
-
Adam should have taken Pen to put us two up after Guly should have scored. Then this thread would probably been alot different,
-
Wasnt our day, should have been two up before they scored, although neither were pens and the corner for their third didn't come off Fonte. The pitch was hard bobbly and ****e which didnt allow passing football.Should have defended better and Sharpe was shocking. Please let Rickie be fit for next week. That was our Rochdale away.

Lambert has had operation and will miss rest of season. (Rumour)
Didcot Saint replied to CFSFC's topic in The Saints
Seemed full of it at the darts at SMS on Tuesday night, ran up the stairs and laughed and joked with fans. Did he get injured in training? I reckon this is crap. -
I just want it over, it's just doing my head in all the ifs and buts. The thing is having been the best team, playing great football, being top virtually all season, it would be heartbreaking if we didn't win the league. Come on Saints, let's do it in style!!
-
Threw my season ticket on the pitch, stormed out round to the main entrance to try and confront that cretin Rupert Lowe! What a sad day and I never felt so angry at how our proud club had descended into a near laughing stock. What a brilliant and fabulous transformation, we should be grateful to all concerned.
-
Mr Ward, please don't temp fate. However, get that Minibus sorted just in case.......
-
"Typical Saints" will probably mess it up after all
Didcot Saint replied to CB Fry's topic in The Saints
It's just unreal, I said to my mate after beating Watford at home four nil, "we will win the League", but I still can't actually get it into my head that we will, because it's Saints! If your a neutral, it's nailed on , but...... -
46 Live in Didcot, Oxon. First game away to Chelsea 1976 one game before FA Cup S/F v Palace. 1-1 Draw First home game v Oldham (i think) 1977. Stood in Choc Boxes, Milton Terrace, East Stand and had an ST at SMS since opening. Love Saints with a passion.
-
This, and according to a couple of neutral fans i know that watch them they are scraping one goal victorys playing crap football and winning unconvincingly. However, they are still winning.
-
That was a massive massive result. The luck and resolve of Champions, which we will be. Southampton, what a football club. I love them!
