I'm not going. Cortese has really wound me up. I just forgotten about increases on matchday tickets with "booking fees". another £100 for car parking, sacking a manager after three impressive displays(admittedly did'nt beat Orient or Bolton, but was more through bad luck),including a 4 nil away win and a cup win at Wembley, embarrassing the Club in the press with the photography ban etc etc. The man is an egotistical ****. If anyone disagrees with me then fair play, having had an ST since 1983 and only missing a handful of home matches in that time even with a 125 mile round trip i think i have reasonable grounds to make a stand.

I have to say i agree with you.

I think we will miss Papa and Antonio. When you consider goals and assists from these two last season i think we may struggle to break down 11man defences that seem to turn up at SMS. Otherwise happy with squad.

Is it the Club charging this or the owners of the car parking areas. We are in S owned by the University i think. £70 more than last year, they can stuff it. What we have to remember is we are a big scalp and the smaller clubs such as Wycombe set their stall out to stop us playing in anyway they can and anything else they get is considered a bonus. This we have to overcome plus teams raising their game at SMS. Teams prepared to have a crack at us, mostly we beat. Next season may be different as most will have already played at SMS etc and if we can get a good start the pressure of playing catch up all season will not be there. We are a good side, have an enthusiastic realistic manager, a superb owner, fabulous stadium and brilliant fans. Lets all try and be positive!

It is good fun this season, it's great to have a brilliant future, we have had some great days out BUT. It is League 1. It is embarrassing to be in it and to loose to pub teams like Tranmere is to me, heartbreaking. Thats why i personally would like to get out of this division this season. If we don't so be it, lets enjoy the ride but i really do think with the players we have we ought to be able to have done it this season. Mate i was at the game and the Ref was SHOCKING. We should have had at least one penalty if not two, which at the time would have put us in front and probably changed the whole game. IMO the little f...wit should never referee a football match again, he was THAT bad.

Just what we're the Police doing yesterday what a total shambles. Took an hour just to go round back to where we started(car park just along from the King Alfred pub). The Police in their infinite wisdom closed all routes northbound just to try and get the coaches out which took an hour. Result. City centre gridlock for many. Why did'nt they hold the Skates in, let all the Saints traffic go, then close the road. NO. Lets **** everyone off who come to most home games for an hour, just to let those morons out quickly. Do you reckon Pompey Police would have done that for us? What a totally moronic decision, no wonder people have less respect for the Police nowadays.
