Sorry but the bloke is a ****. He could remain at SMS, a bigger Club than Watford (shed like ground with no atmosphere), or Reading (ground full of mainly pretend Chelsea wannabees), score loads in L1, get promoted, play in the CCC, then the PL and also keep his high wages. WTF is wrong with him?

Sometimes i think it's utter frustration at drawing/loosing games from leading positions. Everyone there last night knew we deserved to win, but the same outcome even though we were up against a so called "Premier League" team perhaps leads to absolute despondancy and a feeling of when are we ever going to get a win? Most of the crowd are behind Saints or they surely would'nt bother turning up.

These so called "small clubs" are gonna come to SMS, big day out at the seaside at a big ground (compared to their puny sheds) bring big support, give it large to us a generally act like ******s. We don't have a "rightful place" no one does really, we are going to have a laugh in the next few seasons in the CC leagues before perhaps getting back to the PL with all the other facepainted bandwagon idiots. The point being we regularly attracted much higher crowds than you playing ****e football in a poor League. We also had well in excess of 20 odd thousand for a recent freindly. I do believe we have a better support, a much better stadium and will get our own back on all you **** takers quite soon and cement our place as the best club south of London. By the way i hope you don't go into admin as it just go's to show that money and greed is ruining the game we all love. At the end of the day we are all just football fans.

I agree but we are short of strikers and last season lack of goals was our failing. All ia trying to say is if we have strikers why let them go short term for a few grand? I get the impression SJ would have stayed if the deal was right.

I may be wrong but in this day and age, in football money talks. If ML is serious enough to want to get us to the Premier League, then, admittedly, without being held to ransome by greedy agents, we need to pay decent wages for the right players. Stern John would have scored a hatful in League 1 and so would Rasiak. If we are not prepared to pay decent players what they are looking for, then with our youngsters having hardly any experience, we will not get out of L1 let alone the CCC. We must keep our best players and be prepared to pay them what they are asking. I think we should have paid SJ what he was asking or am i barking up the wrong tree?
