Sorry I didn't realise that spelling and grammar mattered so much in expressing an opinion. Obviously you have seen the police report and you know exactly what has brought about the charges to these people due in court, I bow down to your superior inteligence and punctuation.
-
your deluded mate, but ill leave you too it. you and the other idiots can carry on your little protest at what might happen and keep believing that the other idiots in trouble are only there cause they shook a fence. It would be interesting to find out what is eventually said in court but for someone to get jail time for shaking a fence would take said person to defend himself by calling the judge, procecution and everyone else in the court room ****s.
-
And whats wrong with that? If the targeted "Risk" element knew it wasnt worth getting involved in front of a shed load of Police surly the face painted mongs who have never been involved in this type of thing before should have known better?
-
yeah ok. Ive never been in enough trouble to make it to court so my understanding is pretty good. You see I know when I am doing something wrong and if I dont want to get arrested or fined I stop. Simple tac-tics that work. The people going to court didnt think about there actions at the time and continued to do them in front of a couple hundred police with video camera's. maybe you should point out to them the way our judicial system works as it seems they are the ones that need to read up on it. Now if the procecution are going to stand there and tell the court that these mongs are here cause they shook a fence do you really think the sentance will be up to 5 years? If that really happens then I will join the army of "lads" and protest at the inijustice too. For these people to be convicted of anything that deems a stretch inside the procecution will have to have evidence to prove they were doing more than shaking a fence. The police seemed pretty specific when they released pictures of who they want to speak too so I would have thought they believe they were worth getting hold of rather then a couple of idiots who thought it was a good idea to shake a fence.
-
I see your point and if I was in a group of idiots throwing stones or what ever I would still make it clear I have got naff all to do with it and make my way to somewhere else. If I still get pulled up by the old bill my day in court would still be a quick one as any CCTV with me in would show me trying to get out of the pack of idiots. I would be amazed if any of the people in court get punished if there is not clear video evidence of them actually doing something wrong and I also would guess that the punnishment they get will suit there crime if any. You cant get done cause you might have done something wrong.

I think your the one that is trying to make everything seem like its something else. We all knew it was going to be a hostile atmosphere and there would be shed loads of police. Still people took there kids and familys to what is a big football date on saints fans calendar. A bunch of idiots going the extra mile to get in the faces of the gloating skate mongs possibly starting off some pretty nasty action should be dealt with and if some examples need to be made then so be it. Maybe the next derby day we have people can keep within the law. The risk eliment you speak of are probably well aware of bus routes to and from poopy so if they wanted to have it out with the fishy ones they would do it well out of the way of the OB.
-
The OB let both fans out at the same time, kept them apart outside and as far as I know no-body got seriously hurt. Nothing illegal and everyone had the chance to go home quickly and safley. While it would have probably been better to keep them in like most of us would expect they didnt do anything illegal. Idiots throwing things and trying to break down the seperation that the Police put in place and charging across car parks to get to places with better vantage points for trouble all in front of the Police in numbers who also had camera's does break a law and thats why its probably fair. I couldnt get tickets for the game but after losing 4-1 to the skates in a game we dominated in large parts, the last person I would have wanted to see was a skate so would have got out of there as quickly and quietly as possible. I will be amazed if any of them get 5 years or any time at all if they have done nothing more than shake a fence but if they get more I would hope the punishment fits the crime.
-
Seriously they have video of a load of saints fans running at the poopy lot throwing things at them and inciting more violence and they are going to do some lad for shaking a fence. At a guess..... and I could be wrong here....... but maybe, just maybe, they are doing him for something a little more than shaking a fence. If thats all that he has done then the case will get laughed out of court and he will be a free man/boy very soon.

Do any of us actually know what the Police think these people did to deserve prosocution at all? What you think is minor might not actually be what the Police think they have done. If they really have done bugger all then hopefully the Justice system will sort it out and they will walk away with charges dropped or an appropiate fine or what ever. But if they are being done for something more serious then they should get what they deserve IMO. I agree with what someone else said in that it should be in context with the person who was stamping on some fans head but then I dont think that person got punnished enough. These people are not in court because they did nothing. Doesnt matter if they have done something before or not.
-
Hang on, if they didnt know the concequences they deserve to be locked up for being thick as pig pooh anyway. Anyone who wants to throw things and charge around looking for any trouble at all while at a local derby game infront of 200 coppers can expect to get in trouble. SRS starts off this thread seeming to care about the poor lads that got set up to be in trouble yet also thinks they are face painted goons. There was no major riot and for a local derby with so much hatred its not suprising the police think it was a success. Thats the PR spin that you can expect from them though. IMO they should have kept one set of fans back and that was probably there biggest mistake. Maybe they were hoping to catch a few people thay had on there radar but I doubt they will lose much sleep on not catching them. If they are on the radar it will be for a reason and im pretty sure at some point in time they will get caught for something. The people who did get caught might think twice next time they are in a similar position which can only be a good thing.

Thinking about it, how come Tommy is still with us? Has there been any rumour to suggest we want or have tried to offload? Bart is obviously our #2 and Poke is still highly thought of but we never here much about Tommy. Does his future lay with us?

made I chuckle.

Im not sure Spurs have done anything out of order but then where there is Harry there is usually a brown envelope so maybe in time they might get into trouble for something. I meant I wonder when the Law will look further into the Poopy mess. So far it seems its all been left to the "sweet FA" and "Premier league of let someone else deal with it" but its looking more like its a job for the big boys to sort out. Just wonder when they will or can step in?
-
I think the administrator has already been paid his 2 million and now will try and sell everything to pay for the debts to avoid being liable for the debt himself or somit like that. Id say Poopy will be closed down before there is another 100 mill + euro Lotto and I would also say Camallot would be tougher than the prem league if they found someone trying to cheat the system out of 120 mill.
-
I forgot about that. He did come out spouting off something about Stoke not playing ball or something. All along it was his dodgy deals with Harry Crapnapp that was the sticking point and Stoke just went about things the right way. I wonder when the authorities will eventually take a look at there dodgy dealings and take some action?
-
Im sure there are plenty of legal and standard operating procedures that should have been taken but it sounds like the books are that much of a mess not many of these procedures have been followed. Someone on TV said the other day they think the mess might bring a fraud investigation but it seems the mess needs a nincompoop investigation more than anything.

If enough of us do it we can take the 25% ourselves and HMRC need not worry about voting.

To be fair it sounds like they dont have a clue so we could all put in a claim to be owed money and be in with a shout of being included. 2 million knob head tax was due to be paid 6 months ago and I never heard anything back. They must have lost the paperwork so I will send them a duplicate. lol
-
No I mean the public were not interested as there was nothing amazing in there so they were available but boring. Just as they should be IMO. Its not suprising the Poopy lot were saying everything is fine and running properly when they put so much under the carpet. lol
-
lol you can imagine them going to Proton asking if they will accept 20% of the debt owed as full and final payment and promptly being told to **** off.
-
To be fair there Administrator has just gone through the books and found any invoice that suggests they are owed money. He said the other day that everyone will be now given the chance to say if its correct or not so the debt could go up or down. Sounds like the books are all over the place and its not clear on whats been paid and what hasnt so he has just thrown everything in. If people are owed money that paper work will stay and if people like the business you mention are not owed anything the paperwork will be filed. Somewhere down the line a final figure will be made and thats what they will work with. Funny way to sort out the accounts IMO. Our administrator just looked at the books and worked out what was genuine and what wasnt and went forward with that. Dont think SFC's accounts were as public and certainly not as shocking.

I think HMRC have missed out because when the debt was around 70 million HMRC were worth more than 25% of the debt so there vote would have prevented Poopy succefully aquiring the CVA they need to prevent further penalty's. HMRC only vote against the CVA out of principle at not being a prefered creditor. If the debt is 120 million then HMRC's vote will only go to making there point if others are willing to make up that 25%. If everyone else agree's to the CVA Poopy will get off fairly lightly considering. Like someone else has said, Rugby and Italy seem to be showing the way forward but the Prem dont have balls big enough to upset there cash flow.

I meant down as in not above his head which is when hand ball is almost always given. Your right though, looking again his arm does go up a bit but as full speed and on the wrong side of the ref I can understand the ref (giving the benifit of doubt that the ref wasnt blind as a bat and did actually see it here) playing on believing it was ball to arm and not a certain goal. Penalty or not, we peppered there goal and I am amazed we didnt get at least 1. Had we got the 1st I think it would have been flood gate time. But its over now. Lets hope the 2 above royally cokc things up and let us back in with a shout or hope that we get the automatic spots next year.
-
I think anyone that gets hit on the arm by the ball in the box will think its gona be called. I just think the ref thought more ball to arm and as the ball wasnt heading into the net it didnt stop a certain goal so let it go. A different ref on a different day would have probably given it but some wouldnt have. We just had the feker that didnt.
