Aah - thanks for that GM. I didn't realise it wasn't the same club

Sob story coming up - my goal is to get my poorly knee able to walk properly. Starting physio next week. I can at least bend it 45 degrees now so some progress.

Very sad - it says 'short illness' but I'm sure he'd been unwell for some time. He lived not far from us.

And the 3 below them are currently drawing! If they could convert into wins................

OldNick showing his age by not understanding that 8.92 million is ALMOST 9 million and failing to understand the meaning of the word 'about'.

Buying those stud thingies to put on shoes to stop slipping on ice. Only because I'm scared stiff of slipping after surgery

She is absolutely beautiful! Well done!

Given that we've got an aging population, I imagine a lot of them will be pensioners like me! And, maybe, students and parents on parental leave? I think from memory that the provision of the state pension costs hugely more than all the other welfare benefits put together.

Similar to this - I know of a (young) couple who only seem to talk to each other via FB! e.g. "Shopping today with the lovely Mr *** who's going to buy me a new handbag. I need to tell him I want a green one - are you reading this Mr ***?" With, of course, her unfortunate husband tagged in her post!

That would save on 'Call me Dave's' travel expenses for a start.

I was trying to suggest that Barry Sanchez looked at some information - I wasn't arguing one way or another But your argument is frivolous. You need to compare like with like. Your employers would be happy with you working at McDonalds when you weren't cooking up a storm in your sub, would they?
