And/or that people who have lost their full time jobs are doing two (or more) part-time ones instead - a sort of double accounting? I think it's quite disturbing that women seem to be bearing the bulk of unemployment, along with young people, and that the number of people unemployed for more than a year is the highest it's been for 17 years.
