Imagine this ticket office manager will be sacked for providing decent customer service (after the initial balls up!).

Been very impressed with his attitude and determination since he's been given another chance and has been one of our better players this season. I met him in Switzerland after a pre-season game and he spent quite a while chatting with us, even went on the team bus to put his things on there, then came back off for another chat.

I don't think I've seen anyone call for NC head. That would be idiotic after what he has done. Though it's also idiotic that some on here feel he and the club are above criticism because of what they've done.

Yes. That's what I quite clearly said. There's plenty of things in life that you don't have to do, but people do them because people generally like to do the right thing.

If you read my post properly, I quite clearly state that one of the things I find disturbing is the lack of explanation from the club. The courts certainly felt we were in the wrong though.
