The continual playing of JS in a “pseudo” back 5 is insane. We have to scrap this in favour of a more attacking formation in the hope that we manage to create the odd shot on target and maybe even a goal from open play.

I think that 16 points is a realistic target but only if we manage to start turning possession into the occasional shot on target.

Of course - if only for playing Stephens every week !

In some ways it would be amusing if we ended November still with just one point. A massive wake up call is needed.

Let’s all be realistic - we are a “premiership club” that deserves better than RM to take us forward. But the transfers/contracts that we did during the summer were a massive waste - BBD, Fraser, Smallbone, McCarthy to name but a few. Players who will never make the 1st team again.

Reality is that relegation is a certainty given the games that we have already blown. So let’s give this cup a go.

If he shoehorns Stephens into a back 5 versus Everton then we should all go home.

He is not building anything - other than a dismal record.

Bottom and deserve to be. Picking Stephens must be a sackable offence.

JS is back so as long as we manage to fit him in to the team we will be OK.
