ABK has to start in a back 4 - probably with Bednarek.
-
Who was the last signing that genuinely got you excited?

Ross Stewart - be even more exciting when he is just one week away ! -
Agree about Sulemana - his pace was wasted in our sideways passing obsession.
-
Difficult to see where our first point is going to come from if RM perseveres with the likes of Stephens, Smallbone, Aribo and Armstrong. In addition that proven striker that we all hoped for never materialised.
-
Lucky to have nil - so toothless.
-
Hard to see where a goal (for us) can come from.
-
Clearly a 0-0 is the best that can we can hope for with this line-up. No chance of scoring.
-
Please no Stephens.
-
Hope Ramsdale realises how busy he is going to be ?!
-
Good news - Cardiff are a Championship side so AA should be back to his level.
-
Get used to it - nil for us will be the norm with the line-up RM selects
-
Scoring a goal would be a major step forward.
-
Any chance that we might score a goal before October ?
-
Please sign a proper No 9 - AA is just not good enough at this level:
-
Poor keepers cost you points, good strikers earn you points. We have a poor keeper and did last year but scraped through..
-
No surprise that a goal keeping error cost us - same as last year. Just like getting a striker this is an area that we continually fail to strengthen.
-
Does Ross Stewart actually exist ??
-
Not much to build on - going to be a very long season unless we find a spark from somewhere.
-
Where are our goals going to come from ?? Not looking good for next week.
-
We will get nil - just depends on how many Newcastle get.
-
Bottom unless we sign a quality striker.
-
Newcastle 4 Saints 0 - nothing more to say.
-
Waste of a pre-season friendly by picking a team of no hopers.
-
Can we please just sign a striker now that our prolific goal scorer (Adams) has moved on ??
-
Thankfully this is all over and we can move on and step up the standard of our main striker (should not be difficult).
