One thing Selles has got to get a handle on (and fast) is the sub situation. He should've got Alcaraz off at HT as subbing him early in the second half left us with only 2 substitution windows. He also seems married to changing the strike force completely on 60 minutes of every game, which left the whole attack needing to get up to speed in a crucial part of the game against Leicester and Leeds.
