Absolutely. I have nothing but respect for the guy - a totally honest & straight-talking fella. From a personal point of view - I hope he stays around for years & brings us a good deal of success. He's the first manager in years that doesn't mumble, mutter & spew out the usual 'club' spiel (post match) and always tells it how it was. Long may he continue. A breath of fresh air indeed.

2-2 it is. I'd have settled for that before kick-off for 2 reasons; Ipswich are a very decent side after all (not to mention having financial clout which they used during the summer)...and coming off a 4-1 defeat like we were - the kids' confidence needed a boost...and a point should go some way to settling them again. Having said that - we MUST get 3 points on saturday now - of that there is no doubt.
