  1. Been happening for years. All fixtures are manipulated to a degree.
  2. Surprised they have not been leaked.
  3. no, but I would want it disallowed if it was Leeds and they thought they took the lead or equalised at Wembley....
  4. the correct, albeit very harsh, decision
  5. Foden and “Trent” should have been off at HT. Kane should have been off by the hour. Kane will likely play every minute unless injured… yet we took 2 other strikers.
  6. Maybe..: he needed to be a bit of a problem for their defender in our build up or when we needed it to stick. not sure he was in any way. his pace and movement was terrible. Hopefully, be better next game
  7. He is turning into a tired Wayne Rooney. Little movement and dropping further deeper. like Rooney, he will remain in the side to the detriment of the team on many occasions
  8. Foden was gash and Kane was fucking appalling. Offered absolutely nothing as a lone forward within the patterns of play. Well and truly in the defenders pocket. Kane saying his game was about holding the ball up…. Hardly did that at all
  9. Kanes overall performance has been woefully shite. offered almost nothing as a lone striker
  10. You just know “Trent” will be an 8/10 in most papers, regardless
  11. ‘Trent’ gives ball away needlessly
  12. Safe to say, Bellingham is running the game so far
  13. Bellingham puts us 1-0 up he has been on the ball the most.
  14. Apparently, he can place the ball anywhere he wants/any part of the pitch.
  15. You would think he is the 2nd coming of Lionel Messi…..the way pundits are going on about him
  16. Very true.... to add to the Downes list...a propeer No.1....any sniff of waiting out for Bazunu to come back is like having a foot in the championship from the off
  17. The key is signing Downes, or someone who can offer the same (relative) level he can (and stay fit for the vast majority of the season)
  18. They finished above us, and were above us for the majority of the season. They have not lost their manager or many players. We have Brooks, Fraser, Downes, Rothwell, Alcaraz, Armstrong...potentially Adams, sized holes in the squad. I am sure we will strengthen, but so will the others...
  19. Of course it does. It gives an indicator that they were better than us for the vast majority of the most recent season. If anything, Ipswich are probably in the strongest position, currently
  20. Both teams were above us for the vast majority of last season.....
  21. going to mix it up with Lumley and McCarthy until the mighty "big wall baz" Bazunu is back...around Easter.
  22. I much prefer the momentum curve/insurance bets era
  23. Mate, it’s Adam Lallana, not some football mega star. can you point to many Brighton games last year where he retained possession and slowed the game down?
  24. Given how 'far right' the EU is becoming, I thought you would be happy to be out of it
