When the camera was looking down at the player, looked like a bit of a fit….could be anything, but looked bad but, when he was placed on his side/recovery position, he was moving more normally. Hopefully nothing more sinister than being knocked out

This has been on the cards for a while. We peaked against Italy, a game we should have won. Now that we have different elite level players available, Southgate just cannot change his approach to make it all work.
