The system is working / not the issue and it is getting better and better. Just to cut and paste from the last couple of games. Expect 3 at the back, expect Fellows to maybe play RWB and possibly Manning at LWB. Reckon Downes may come in and rinse and repeat

FT 3-1 Not surprised at all, despite their match day 11 costing about the same as Finn Azaz. This was (ANOTHER) shit show from the manager, who is miles out of his depth. The system again kills us, surrenders midfield, overload immediately in defence, whilst we plod the ball down each channel. We do not have the players in the middle for that, but we largely keep doing it. We of course had our usual 30 min purple patch, but this was terrible and Bristol did not really have to work hard for it. I know people got excited because we looked good for large parts at home to Swansea, but they were utterly terrible. The manager is woeful, who has a massively expensive squad with proven Championship quality. The fact Fellows and Azaz are sidelined to a degree is a disgrace IMO. Pumping balls down the line or through the middle is horrific, and the insistence to STICK with 3x CBs is hilarious bad. I suspect more of the same from the manager on Sat if he sticks with this god awful set up. One thing is for sure, Nathan Jones will embarrass Will Still as it stands..

He needed a winger and a No.10 to play 'his way'...he got 2 wingers and a brilliant 10. 2 of the 3 rarely play and we go into games with 5 defenders on the pitch, and lump it long or wide. Terrible terrible manager

Sod Russell Martin, get Nathan Jones back This manager is fucking awful. Rigid as fuck with this this system, and it is killing this team Bristol have not had to get out of 3rd gear to be fair, just keep us at arms length for our usual 30 min purple patch. He is so far out of his depth, and the system, no matter how bored the likes of Alfie House is with "explaining it" to us.... He needs to be removed or we will be in a relegation scrap

HT Think we were bang average to be fair. Nice and tidy for much of the half, but pretty crap going forward. I still think the system is killing us. Immediately we have the extra player in defence, and we are pushing to overload the wide areas, all whilst we have players not suited to finishing crosses. Our chances came from the rare occasion when get the ball into the forwards in the middle of the park. But patters of play without winning the 2nd ball is to plod it wide. If Still has anything about him (Which I know he does not), he will change this up at HT. Get Fraser off for Fellows, push Edwards to RB and get Fellows making their LB face his own keeper.

Archer gets a chance as it is a quick ball through the middle..... We just do not do that anywhere near enough, as we work the wide areas most of the attacking time

How we play does not help, nearly everything we do from an attacking view is from wide. You look, we try and double up on the wings.....the rare time we play quickly through the middle to the strikers, we score (and Arma should have passed one earlier)

You watch, because this is a shite system, we will start to hoof it as they are now pressing us in the middle of the park
