  1. Those damn racist ancient Greeks have a lot to answer for! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Call_a_spade_a_spade Not sure that people know the origin as you've demonstrated....
  2. What does it (literally) mean then?
  3. It'll probably turn out to be a United or Scouse fan trying to wind the Citeh fans (or Sterling) up
  4. Lol.
  5. Worth thinking about. The current claim is that only 5% of the UK have been infected with the virus - based on a rough estimate of 60 million, that equates to 3 million infections. Source : https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-53113785 From the 3 million infections we have 64,533 excess deaths. Source : https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-53073046 Therefore 2.15% of infections lead to deaths. Extrapolating that out - worst case scenario everyone gets infected - and we will see around 1.3 million deaths. However, given that 'herd immunity' is expected if 60% of the population get infected, then we should only see 36 million infections and therefore 774,000 deaths - only another 709, 500 to come - in the absence of a credible, working vaccine and program. Not particularly good reading - unless you own several funeral parlours or have shares in them!
  6. Don't be silly, shirts can't upset people.
  7. Why not celebrate the criminal and have Khairi Saadallah on them?
  8. Sssshhhh, you can't mention he's foreign, Fry is teetering on the edge as it is!
  9. Wow, properly mental. Go get some fresh air.
  10. That's alright mate, we know you're getting on a bit
  11. Soggy will be apoplectic.
  12. Surely this is the thread for it? Modern slavery wouldn't exist if we had already re-examined and learnt from history would it?
  13. Is there no racism involved with modern day slavery?
  14. How do you know, does he have a badge or a secret handshake?
  15. Ooopppssss Still, I'm sure he'll claim that he was going to his 'first home' and not his 'second home'. Can Douglas Ross retract his resignation so he can hand it in again?
  16. Lol. Might be easier to find an MP that hasn't broken the lockdown rules!
  17. Lol, of course not - I've only got one stalker on here (Shirlie doesn't count as he is just a sad and lonely old duffer that needs to use this place to try and convince himself he is still important rather than washed up and forgotten) - and that was Unbelievable Jeff, AKA Tamesaint. The speed at which you replied and denied kind of proves my point How are those electric gates, not been torn down yet by the local bullies in the Masons have they?
  18. Because you're also 'Unbelievable Jeff' who has a racist family - your statement about that, not mine. I don't know them so hard to judge. Nice to see your true colours shining through though
  19. On second thoughts, bully for you that you and your wife had friends - not like you could rely on your racist family is it? You do know the kid wasn't sick at the time don't you, so why is your ******** about reciprocal agreements with 'friends' looking after your kid when it is ill relevant? Would your 'friends' be so eager to look after your kid if they knew you and your wife were ill with covid?
  20. Maybe they had a Nanny who misinterpreted the lockdown rules and didn't go to work?
  21. Is there still a lockdown?
  22. Nope. Also don't think he would have swayed anyone's opinion if he came out and apologised and showed humility - no-one would have believed him - catch 22 really.
  23. At least five years then
  24. So, what we've learnt from that press conference - not one single person has changed their mind! Pretty pointless really.
  25. Yes it is! It's a town in India
