i’m looking forward to this game. I’m hoping to see us build on the style of football and try some fluidity in our attacks. Additionally, I hope we show signs of a plan B. With Burnley last season many of their goals also came from balls over the top for Tella to run onto. For games like Benfica where we found it hard to break them down, this would be a decent option.

They aren’t my men I just don’t get offended over a non-existent problem. The MPs are seperate from the news panel which is shown before the show, and the parliamentary presenters don’t discuss anything in a different way to LBC. Both are current affairs channels in essence. GB “news” is news in name only as i’ve already said.

It may just be his time to go. He was an excellent player for us for a good few years but since his injury problems he hasn’t been the same imo. He just looks a bit weak and that wouldn’t help us in the championship.

It’s news in name only really as already mentioned it is a current affairs opinion channel, no different to a televised LBC with James O’brien and the like. I fully agree with this. When it comes to news I watch basically every channel and would happily listen to say a PoliticsJoe tv or The Guardian tv (LOL) despite me not agreeing with them same as I don’t agree with GB news opinions. Funnily enough, I doubt they would be preaching the impartiality rules if this was the case, double standards and all that.

tbf, what have they actually done other than have an opinion you don’t agree with. Not a news channel, but do you make the same bias comment when you come across PoliticsJoe clips? I’m presuming you follow them. I don’t agree with the GB news mindset on climate change, EU, what to do with migrants etc - but what is the lefts obsession with shutting down things if it doesn't fit their narrative.

I do the same. I watch Patrick Christys for the entertainment factor. It’s not even a news show more of a political agenda current affairs 24/7 rant. If you watch it looking for news you’re going to be in the dark on what’s going on and thinking the transgender mob are taking over. Funniest thing is channel flicking between GB news and Sky News who I rate as the best of UK tv news. The difference in quality, detailed knowledge and professionalism is unreal.
