Not league one but I reckon we’ll be like someone floating in the middle of the atlantic with no hope of rescue in the championship. doing an “ipswich” or “birmingham” where you consistently stay in that league doing nothing. it’ll be like the 90s supporting saints just staying up… but in the championship. the literal definition of a meaningless football club existence. Selles was coaching the players first half of the season, ralph took the more senior proper manager role. People were loving it when players pushed him towards the fans at Chelsea, but I couldn’t help but think “you twats did the same thing with Jones”. they also made the same comments about Jones picking up the team morale. you don’t want your manager to be liked you want him to be respected. this guy is just like our signings - has good potential according to some random other people, but premier league worthy? No. Protests need to be made to get this board out, we need to hire a proper manager with experience at this level and move on.
