the assessment of his time at west brom is all wrong, he was woeful and that is the most recent job to base him off of. has been decent elsewhere though.

the fact he hasn’t managed in the premier league enough to be found out.

he’s done the championship tour of coaching at a bunch of struggling clubs which isn’t a good sign. his only managerial experience was at Accrington Stanley in 2013-14 with a 27% win rate. he knows the club yes but a lot has changed including the day to day facilities at staplewood. but most of all, this was first suggested by MLT and so it is automatically loony.
