The reset used to be for the previous season though? Don't think we've ever counted from two seasons ago or at least not recently. Start of season is always the previous season only.

I just think it's completely irrelevant. I can't see that football authorities will consider how many games they might be involved with when setting a length of time to be banned. It's a ban of football activities, not a ban from however much activity your scheduled to do in your current job.

It wasn't a 3 game ban though, it was a ban for a length of time. The amount of games played during that time is utterly irrelevant.

Hate to be that person but Tuchel hasn't won a game we weren't favourites yet. Last night was incredible and definitely up there with my favourite England games but let's see where we finish before we hail Tuchel as a genius. Got to back that up on Saturday now and I'm fairly confident we will.

I agree with having too many hosts but I see nothing wrong with them playing KO matches at their main ground if they win their group. They did play one of their group games at a different ground too same as Canada did. The real disgrace is that this will be the last game played at the Azteca as far as I'm concerned. Btw England played every game in '66 and '96 at Wembley, also every game played in England in 2021. So we've never played a major tournament game in England which wasn't at Wembley.

I'm pretty sure the players had some devices installed at home months back which can help. Not sure how much difference it'll make though.

Pretty sure the bubble is cheaper than a normal game. They'd still use the helicopter etc for a normal game.

Might be right actually, I thought some grounds (excluding Spurs did it throughout season. Off top of my head was thinking Simpson fighting at Oakwell was during last season but was actually June. Doesn't feel like over a year ago.

Good win for both our lads, should hopefully set up a bigger fight for Garner at St Mary's later this year. Would love to see him in with Cacace. Edmondson a decent domestic level fighter but it's a shame he's a bit of a feather fist as he's in a really casual friendly division but his fights are generally quite dull.
