It'll be out of our hands. Banned by the FA I reckon.
-
No the panel decide the sentence also, hence the EFL having the right to appeal.
-
We're not going to sue them for £200m ffs 🤣
-
Yeah they're the other party to the case.
-
Yeah that'll be one of the main reasons for handing it over. I doubt the EFL want us to get kicked out which means they won't appeal it when we're not.
-
I don't think we'll be kicked out but I highly doubt the IDC gives a monkeys about fans booking travel and hotels etc.
-
Why are people still spouting this bank details bollocks? The business doesn't get names from card transactions like that.
-
Full write up will be at least a month away I reckon. Only released the one for the WBA point deduction a few days ago I think.
-
I retract what I said yesterday. This forum hasn't gone quite as mental as theirs yet.
-
Speaking of tempo and clapping, since when exactly did 'stand up if you love the Saints' need to be accompany by coked up knobheads clapping at a million miles an hour? Just means it doesn't last long enough to spread round the ground.

In fairness there's nothing stopping the panel from handing down a punishment which benefits Boro. But they absolutely do not 'have' to.
-
But they don't though. The 4 things to meet going round that the EFL have used before doesn't include it.
-
Not sure they have to ensure Boro have get some recompense at all. They have to punish us but that doesn't mean they also have to reward Boro. Effectively it's nothing to do with them anymore.
-
No the IDC will decide the sanction too, with the EFL having the right to appeal.

New financial Championship rules for next season

This benefits the clubs with bigger revenue. It'll be likes of Blackburn and Skates who'll have voted against. -
As for other clubs singing it while it does feel like more do than they used to there are other clubs who've sung it for years. Liverpool and Stoke are 2 which come to mind. Never recall Spurs singing it before our 2005 relegation.
-
Couldn't agree more with this. Was great when we used to sing the fast version for a long period at away games. We did have a 15 minute run of it at Swansea but only about 30-50 people did it constantly with others coming in and out. The slow version is a dirge and should only be sung a couple of times a game.
-
Yeah all the conspiracy stuff is pretty mental tbh and as bad as some of the stuff Boro fans are spouting. I think the most likely thing is that we've sent him to do it. Probably not the first time I'd say too.
-
Reckon this is far more worthy of expulsion than what Will Salt did.
-
Plus a charity shield and two EFL trophy finals.
-
This game will be our 7th visit there total which puts us level with Palace and the Skates and I think only 6/7 clubs ahead of us. Edit - just checked and it's 6 clubs on more than 7 (not in order): Chelsea City United Liverpool Arsenal Villa Obviously I'm excluding Spurs 'home' games.
-
Alfie House has said that the club won't be contesting the charge and will offer mitigation instead. He only would have got that info from the club. You honestly would have to be a complete simpleton to believe we might not be guilty at this point.
-
I'm picking the intern up front in that situation.
-
What and we didn't try and contact him when he didn't show up for work? Less than 1% chance he did this entirely off his own back.
-
Boro, by about seventeen goals to nil preferably. Daft question. Honestly this place has turned almost as batshit as the Boro forum the last couple of days. From the people saying how open their training ground is like that's in any way relevant, to those saying "but if we did it 24 hours before it wouldn't be a problem" as if that's any sort of defence. Fucking mentalists.
