That's why Hoddle is offering his academy places to youngsters that have been released by clubs such as Liverpool at the age of 17. WGS made his decision on Scott McDonald based on the attitude of the guy then as well as knowing what else was in the locker. If Wilde is willing to sell it is clear that his shares could form the springboard for somebody rich enough to buy them up and then go over the 30% mark thus being able to force a full takeover. It seems the only way to resolve the situation but who is rich enough to buy the Wilde shares at an inflated price, hoover up the remaining 70% and take on the current debt of £8m overdraft and whatever is outstanding on the stadium?
